¿Cómo estáis? Hoy os voy a hablar sobre los productos que uso para lavarme el pelo. Mi pelo es de color rubio medio, muy largo y rizado. El champú que utilizo es de camomila, pues es lo mejor para lavar los cabellos rubios como el mío, pero no vale cualquier champú de camomila, hay muchos que llevan agua oxigenada, como el champú de Keranove a la camomila, que tiene buena fama y sin embargo haciendo el uso que pone en la caja del champú, me destrozó el pelo y un pelo de largo por la cintura acabó mucho más corto que por los hombros, porque ese champú me lo estropeó, así que, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

El acondicionador es de peluquería, se llama Olvi profesional y es una crema balsámica y herbácea que favorece la absorción por un triple efecto neutralizante, vivificador y reestructurador. Yo lo utilizo cada vez que me lavo el pelo, lo dejo actuar unos minutos y lo aclaro bien. Sólo se puede conseguir en peluquerías. Lo utilizo cada vez que me lavo el pelo, menos cuando me aplico la mascarilla.

La mascarilla es de la marca Revlon profesional, también sólo se puede conseguir en peluquerías. Es un tratamiento hidratante y nutritivo, formulado con extractos de trigo y ceramidas capaces de renovar la capa hidrolipidica y nutrir la fibra capilar en profundidad. El cabello recupera la vitalidad, el brillo y la fuerza. Hay que dejarlo actuar de 3 a 5 minutos. Yo la utilizo una vez a la semana ya que mi pelo no es ni seco ni graso y con una vez a la semana es suficiente.

¿Os habéis animado alguna vez a haceros mascarillas caseras para el pelo? yo si, hay personas que lo ven asqueroso, pero realmente funciona o por lo menos a mi me funciona. Cuando el champú de Keranove a la camomila me destrozó el pelo, las empecé a usar, porque ni cortándome todo el pelo que me corté conseguía tener el pelo con vida, suave y nutrido. Usaba champús y mascarillas para pelo muy estropeado y ni aun así me funcionaba, asi que decidí probarlas. Me daba un poco de cosa porque estaba mezclando ingredientes que utilizaba para comer y me los iba a poner en el pelo, pero el resultado es lo que cuenta. Si os animáis a hacerla los ingredientes que yo le echo son: tres yemas de huevo, la cantidad de las yemas depende de la abundancia y de la longitud del cabello, yo como tengo el pelo muy largo y muchísima cantidad, tengo que utilizar tres porque si no se me queda corta la mascarilla, después le echo tres cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva, si tienes el pelo muy seco puedes añadirle aceite de almendras dulces también en tres cucharadas soperas. Después se le puede añadir una cucharada sopera de mayonesa. Seguro que si teneis el pelo seco os funciona, podeis utilizarla todas las semanas si lo teneis muy seco o cada 15 días. El tiempo que lo dejo actuar es de 30 minutos. Después toca aclararlo muy bien y aplicar el champú, yo normalmente me lavo dos veces con champú, pero con esta mascarilla me echo champú tres veces para que se elimine bien.

Ahora como tengo el pelo totalmente sano, lo he recuperado, la utilizo cada mes en verano que es cuando más sufre el pelo, con el sol, el cloro y la sal del mar, a mi además al ser rubia se me aclara muchísimo el pelo y me gusta tenerlo muy bien cuidado en verano, y que mejor que con esta mascarilla. Cuando vuelvo de las vacaciones de verano voy a la peluquería a cortarme las puntas, voy una o dos veces al año, porque a mi el pelo no se me estropea apenas y no me gusta cortarlo por cortar.
